Menu Plan Monday – Need Inspiration?

I have to be honest – I’m feeling ZERO motivation to menu plan today. Sharing what we’re eating with you all forces me to get things prepared. So, we are keeping it simple this week, but I am including some fall comfort food recipes for dinner. What’s cooking at your house this week?


BREAKFAST


Oatmeal

Eggs, toast

Fruit – strawberries, bananas, pineapple, apples

 


LUNCH


Nitrate Free ham/turkey/wraps

PB&J Muffins

Salad

Cut up raw vegetables (peppers, cucumbers, carrots)


DINNERS


Beef Stew 

Easy Oven Baked Chicken Tacos

Korean Beef Bowls  *blog reader favorite* (make sure soy sauce is gluten free!)

We like to double the sauce and sometimes use ground turkey.

SNACKS


Veggies straws

Popcorn
